Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items on sale or purchased with a discount code
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Hygiene-related products (e.g., underwear, swimwear)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

How to Request a Return

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
